Vegetable Scramble

· Every veggie in your basket
· Rice or pasta nest

Cut, chop, dice or mince vegetables and add them to a hot greasy wok. Add greens toward the end, as they cook faster than most other veggies. Sauté for 7 to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness. Add a dash of razzle dazzle and salt and pepper.

If your heart desires, mix or spoon over "heady organic" rice or pasta. Enjoy with your favorite beverage (we suggest a Vermont microbrew or organic red wine) and a fresh loaf of bread.
