Garlic Scape Pesto

1 cup chopped Garlic Scapes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts, sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1/2 a lemon, juiced (2 Tbsp)
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2. Serve on pasta, bread or crepes.
