1. Whisk into light pillows (takes just a minute):
1/4 cup cream
2. Stir in:
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp your favorite mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste (go easy here)
Chopped fresh mint
3. Add approximately equal parts:
Fresh Kohlrabi, trimmed, peeled, and grated or julienned
a couple of apples, peeled and grated
4. Stir and serve immediately.
